Who we are

Controller: [Company name, address and contact email to be added].

What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the website and your bookings.

  • The details you give when you book, such as your name and contact details.
  • Your IP address, for rate limits (see below).
  • A small amount of technical data to keep the website working.

Your IP address

We log your IP address for rate limits. Rate limits stop abuse, such as a program that tries to book thousands of times. We use the address for this and for nothing else.

Analytics

We use PostHog for analytics. PostHog analytics loads only after you accept in the consent banner. If you reject, or have not chosen, it does not load.

There is no session replay. We do not record your screen or your clicks as a video.

Cookies

Your choice in the consent banner is stored in a necessary cookie called yv_consent. You can change your choice at any time: press Privacy settings in the footer.

The language cookie yv_lang keeps the language you chose. It is a necessary cookie too.

The payment language cookie yv_pay_lang keeps your language when you come back from payment. We set it just before we send you to the payment provider. It lasts 30 minutes. It is a strictly necessary cookie.

Browser error reports

Proposed

When something breaks in your browser, we want to fix it. If you accepted analytics, the error goes to PostHog error tracking.

If you did not accept, a minimal report goes to our server logs instead. It sets no cookies and has no user id and no stored IP address.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Write to us: [Privacy contact email to be added].
