How to book

Pick an experience, a stay or a vehicle. Choose your date and the number of guests, then press Book.

On the checkout page, check the details and enter your name and contact details. Press Confirm to place the booking.

The short hold

When you press Confirm, we hold your place for a short time while you pay. No one else can take it during the hold.

If you do not pay before the hold ends, the place goes back on sale and the booking is not made.

Paying

You can pay in full when you book. You can pay a deposit now and the rest later only when the host allows it. The checkout page shows which options the host offers and what is due today.

If a host sends you a payment link, open it to pay. You do not need to sign in.

Cancelling

To cancel, open My trips, choose the booking and press Cancel. The cancellation terms of the listing apply, and the page shows them before you confirm.
